Default Monticello NY Lodging

Sorry for the repeat thread. I need recommendations for a decent place to stay while driving MMP.

Can't help with lodging but Il Piccolo Pesce right off Exit 100 has very good food and service. Not cheap, but surprisingly good for where it is.

Yep, Lodge at Rock Hill is THE only place to stay. Avoid downtown like the plague - in fact don't even drive through it (go an exit beyond and do the back roads). If you do a search on monticello lodge and my name, you'll probably find my posts from the past with contact info for the Lodge.

Ask for track rate. Say yes. What event/date?

Default Monday

Hudson Valley Region @ The North Course. $100 3 Run Groups. For Instructors, that is open track with a student. Weather looks great. You can still get in. Just sign up online and bring a check. Sooner is better than later.

Default yes, but

A fellow HVR member came over this afternoon, and we put it back together, and bolted it in. It was actually a broken piece of aluminum on the tranny, (where the fork cross shaft attached to the tranny).

I still have a (seemingly unrelated) glitch to work out.
