I think Sean is talking Prime Rib and how rare depends on how early you get to it. I always go with a rare NYS...

Add one to G class. Signed up this week. No rooms anywhere in the vicinity for Saturday night... guess I'll be camping in my car.

Harbor Hotel = 1" thick NY strip (juicy!) + Sterling Reserve Cab (excellent!) + waitress come-ons (priceless!!!)...just saying
