Honestly, if you value your time as much as I do, I would just sell it as-is, be patient, and find a DE buyer and take the $20K-$25K for it versus trying to guess what configuration some yet unidentified buyer might want. You are talking about some serious PITA to covert it back or some serious expense to pay someone else to.
