Beautiful car! But i have to ask, how in the world does it run C3 if it was NOT delivered from the factory as a Cup? THe rules are pretty clear. I assume it runs GTA?
Any repairs? damage? etc?

Based on the rules, it seems like a GTA car. GTB is for non-GT3 996/7 cars that have been modified back stock or prepared. GTA is for this very type of car. I checked into it as my GT3 street was setup as close to a CUP as this one if not more (cup suspension, gearbox, LSD, suspension bits, etc). It would get destroyed in GTA so I picked up the RSA to run G stock and can't wait!

That's the problem with selling a track car; it's not built to any rule book, so it's just an expensive toy. Can be hard to find a buyer because it's in nether land.

Out West in POC land that car would run in GT2 which is for normally aspirated, highly modified Porsches with motors over 3.4 litres. Garrett's modified 997 GT3 fits into this class along with Mark Anderson's 928, and John Payne's 76' 911 with a 997 cup motor. It's our most exciting class and includes the 993 RSR's....
GTA is for factory race cars such as the R's, RS's, and RSR's....
