More to come, I'm still decompressing.

No bad on the avatar, VR, I'm just not as political.

I'm not sure why it is "political". It seems your reaction is to interpret it as much. We can take that debate to OT if you want.

A number of cars went off, but the result was only big dust clouds, nobody hit anything. Secondly, there are many passing opportunities, the speeds are high enough, some corners like the light bulb have multple lines and we could even corner that thing side by side. Third, it's not hard on brakes, it's a fantastic rhythm track, no question it puts a premium on handling although the front straight is pleny fast as you're on the gas hard for a long time. Lastly, the pavement is just dreamy, smoothest anywhere. Funny thing, though; as there was no rubber or visual groove yet, it takes awhile to figure the place out.
I love this track, and perhaps best of all; we haven't even seen Thunderbolt yet!

thanks for the update...

Further, not only is there vast runoff, but all off track is graded and flat with grass. I'm sure you could drive off at high speed and still collect it, I think it would be really hard to flip a car here.
As a result, you'll feel confident pushing your car farther here, no need to leave margin for "blue bushes" and the like. This is not to suggest that it will promote recklessness, you still need to be technical to go fast.

Sorry guys, I'm on the shore (did I mention that the track is near enough to the beaches?) with no cables. I'll get to it within a day.

Exactly. My avatar is anything BUT political. It is simply honoring guys whose bravery and duty to country is humbling in the extreme.

Where are the best places you found to pass?

How was T1 on the start? Were cars able to get through 2 or three abreast?

What was T5 (blind right hander) like with traffic?

Every time I use that signal with you or 38D on a track, there is absolutely NO political message involved!

Understand, my race had widely disparate cars, as you'll see, so passing at will.
1- lots, see video coming very shortly
2- it's a good set up, 2 wide ok, but not as fast that way
3- it's a great spot, you can duck inside at entrance or either side after apex. There's a trick to this corner.
As you'll also see, light bulb is banked nicely and two wide all the way around works.

BRB, I'm working the vid right now
