I'm sure that some of you at the Glen Club race (where I should be ) are going to checking in here rather than spending the night at the Seneca Bar. Whats going on?

Yeah, what's going on up there?
'Was thinking of driving up there tomorrow to watch and cheer friends...anyone know if one can just show up or does one require prior guest registration?

Good question, we're going down (friend's dad is racing and I'm picking up some parts a racer sold another friend of mine) - do we need to be added to a list somewhere or is it just show-up-and-park?

Come on down tomorrow - bring your slicker for the possibility of showers.
Us boys from good old Colorado are having some stock class fun. Took 6 of the top 12 spots in the fun race. That said, many quick cars dropped out when the pitter-patter of rain began. Remember, nobody who came 1600+ miles to run is going to drop out - good sense does not always prevail.
Bill Petty was quickest in the qualifying session at 1:15 flat - no one got within a half-second of his time.
Hardly any carnage, just a bump or two today. Hopefully that continues.

you're missing some good stuff Larry. Weather has held better than expected. We got everything in today without too much drama. A couple of the sprints started with rain but cleared up quickly. The out of town boys are doing great in E - very strong showing. There's a black cloud over GTC1...3 rennlisters out with mechanicals (Colin, Charlie and Bob). Fred C (constaf) had two great sprints in D but had two mechanical DNF's while in the lead. I managed to beat Bill Richter for the win in sprint one and then lost to him in sprint two by 1 tenth...we were side by side at the finish line. weather looks good for the enduros tomorrow. Don't know much about the other classes though. Cup car race was amazing. I think there are 38 GTC3 cars. Lopez first, Mike I second in C3 in the second sprint. There's a 997 RSR racing

I don't want to start any smack talk, but being an East Coaster and spending 21 years in Denver I've got to say that Jess and the fellas will do fine in upstate New York.
Trust me. Some spots of upstate New York may not have the technology that Colorado has. Remember......I've been to both places.
