Whereas I see it as giving me more control over the car when things do go wrong because my arms aren't all crossed up. I'm able to start my correction from a much better place IMO when my arms aren't wrapped around each other. Different perspectives.

Since this subject is starting to wane, why don't we discuss whether is better to pull down on the wheel with your inside hand, or push up on the wheel with your outside hand when steering.

Good question...it must help to pull up on the throttle. Otherwise, why would they have those little toe rings on the gas pedal?
