Mark, That looks like you are setting up for that badass backwards 180 hairpin turn that Vic Elford perfected while rallying in the frozen north of Europe.

Good eye Greg, it even looks similar to Quick Vic's rally car! It was even easier to spin since it was a short wheelbase '68. I met & chatted w/him & Jim Hall's museum opening a few years ago. Great guy! I forgot to ask him about both feet in though

That was actually the best line you could take to get to the infield. I particularly like how you used oversteer to hit the infield apex just right.

I've done the exact same thing trying to get by someone, at that turn. VR was in the passenger seat too. I wonder if he remembers that in his old age.

Looking at the skid marks on the pavement, that looks like a common spot to go off! Gotta love that soft dirt there...

Nice spin George. From the look and sound of it, did you bounce off the inside curb and get thrown into that spin?

You are obviously not a good driver....

It's scary when someone with intermediate skills (at best) makes this type of comment.

G.
Both feet in does not always apply. Especially when you are not spinning out of control.

Or a car that has older ABS which will fight you to keep the car steerable.

Chris, a nice bottle of Asti Spumanti might get me talking.....

Larry, yup that's what happened. The ultra stiff springs don't help in that situation. The front landed first and gripped, then the pendulum started tipping....
