Yes.

I've lost my internet connection in the office, so I haven't been able to run with you guys. I'll try and get it up soon....something about too many cable connections in the house.

It's really up to you FlingDog, but the quality of the G25 is much better and if you have the extra $00 kicking around it is worth the difference. For me it was an extra $150 and I still have no regrets..

I'll be back from NC tomorrow afternoon.

It depends on how into it you get. If you play often, you will kick yourself for not getting it and you'll probably ebay the Momo for a loss and buy the G25 later.
If you only play a little bit, then IMO, it's probably not worth the extra $$ over the MOMO or Driving Force Pro if used only occasionally.

Actually, thanks to the input from here, we had a fun dinner last night at Rockfords (GREAT Chipotele salsa!) and have reservations tonight at Sullivans. There are a TON of places to go downtown... great city.

Ok I've got RFactor installed v1.255, got the G25 installed but I can't get anything going. I can't seem to locate you guys, get a car set up or anything else.

Additionally, RFactor seems to appear only in the upper right hand corner of my display (I can't get the image to center on my screen).

What am I missing (besides some good racing)

Ray - to start with it sounds like you are running in "Windowed" mode and not full screen. To go full screen you need to re-run the Config program - C:\Program Files\rFactor\rF Config.exe. Just uncheck the windowed mode option and double check what settings you have there. By get the car setup, not sure what you mean. To locate the server you need to go to "Join" and find the "Rennlist" server running the Mobil 1 Supercup.. Do you have Teamspeak up and running? I just checked and the race and teamspeak server are working fine..

Gary, I just check and I don't have "windowed" check so it must be another problem. What resolution are you guys running?

I'll play around with it some more tomorrow and try to get it running

OK, big improvement but still not there.

I've got the game up and running and I have located the "rennlist game". However, I don't seem to have the correct vehicle or track available (I get booted).

What am I missing?

If you have downloaded the Sebring ver. 1.5 track per the instructions and extracted it into your c:\program files\rFactor\Gamedata\Locations folder you should see a folder called "Sebring" when you look using Windows Explorer. As far as the car that is the 997 Cup download and that should show up even if you are in single player. I think you are a prime example of why Teamspeak is necessary, trying to diagnose your problem without being able to walk you through it real-time is 10x harder this way. Get TS running and PM me a time, i'd be glad to make myself available to get all this ironed out for you.

Or you can email/PM me and we can do it all over the phone if you want..
