Have you bookmarked the server? If you have it bookmarked you can click on the friends list button and your bookmarks appear. Then click on the server of choice and it will bring up the password window.

Karlooz you need to use your mouse and click in the little box below the chat window and you will see the red flashing cursor. Then you can type normally.

Or if you are in your car push T button and the chat window will appear and then type.

could it be possible that i have it disabled? i click in the chat window but a red cursor does not appera.
