Default Air jacks - needs help finding replacements

I have a '92 Cup with strange air jacks. I have been unable to find a rebuild source so I am now looking to simply buy new ones. My air jacks are odd because they are ~81mm in diameter. Thus I have ~81mm holes in my car. I tried a "79mm bore" AP Racing jack but it was really ~85mm in diameter.

Does anyone know where I might source air jacks that would fit in my car's holes? As noted, the holes in my car are ~81mm.

Charlie, the AP racing jacks come in different sizes, and they just released a new design. Mine are the small version and are 61mm in diameter. AP jacks are expensive, at $880 list price right now. Goodridge has a new air jack out at about $325 and is similar in size to the small AP jack. I think it looks slightly larger but I haven't seen the specs yet.

CupCar Solutions can't help me, they didn't even know what jacks I had (I shipped them down to Atlanta, etc.)

Geoffrey, I can try a different AP racing jack size, though I tried the biggest. When I read that the "Goodridge Air Jack is a compact design", I fear that it will be too small. I've sent them an email, anyway.

They are small, like my small AP racing jacks. You can always make a new air jack tube to fit properly, it isn't that hard to do and you can reuse the bracing.

Charlie,
The 964's had the larger style air-jacks in the front and rear.

This is the OE airjack for the 97 and later factory race cars:

Will you be at the Sebring race? I can check your car out there.

That air jack looks very similar to the new Goodridge air jack.

The guy from cup car solutions had all three of my air jacks in his possession and said he had no idea what they were. (Thus no luck with any link to cup car solutions).

Geoffrey, so I can "always make a new air jack tube to fit properly" - please elaborate. Buy just about any jack and make it work? Is this possible? That would certainly be great because changing the bracing in the car now would be a pita.

(If we're still on for that DME test on 2/10, you can check out my air jack setup then and see what you think...)

The HRP air jacks are much larger, in around 91mm if I recall.

Charlie, You would need to make new air jack tubes and weld them into the chassis. My point being, that is not the end of the world, it can be done.

The drawing shows the body of the tube at 3.25" (82.5mm).
