Default racing sabatical is over

Glad that is over. No racing for almost 3 months. Just closed on this rare blue green metallic GT3 cup car.

FYI I just purchased a new 24 Featherlite trailer 22% off MSRP.

Congratulations Bill! I took I hard look at that car last August. My mechaninc stopped by on the way home from Laguna and inspected the car at Jim's place. We both concurred that it was a good buy back then when he was asking $79k. I decided on a newer cup for the IMSA series, but when I saw his new price last week in The Mart I was considering it again. Have a great time in GTA, I expect you'll be kicking some butt again real soon..... Did you get all the spares?

Thanks Bull

JR,

The fact that you gave the car a hard look is great news as I have never seen the car and had no inspection. Based on the facts and history as well as a conversation with Kevin Buckler the car sounded perfect for me. The spares all convey.

"...kick some butt again" I plan on hiding mid pack The PCA GT3 cup front runners want the win waaaaay more than me. I am told HSR will let this car compete in 2006 as well.

I am looking for practice and races at Sebring and Homestead as much as I can. Finn, should I bring my old CR ? Any good enduro riding in FL without getting eaten by alligators?

Bill, you are a wild man. Based upon your passion, I didn't think that your sabbatical would last long. BTW, where did you get such a good deal on the trailer? I need one for next season.

Larry,

www.startransporters.com , right in your back yard. They have a good inventory and offers great discounts. Call the salesman who did my deal, Jerry. Very good with the details (I think, have not picked it up yet)

Boy is my wife going to be surprised when the Intercity van pulls up!

Bill, you should bring it out to the Turkey Bowl at Summit Point this year. Congrats on the new purchase. I knew you wouldn't be able to stay away too long.

Thanks Manny. The truck will not be at GTP till first week in December. Since the car was idle for sometime GTP will need to give her a full update before we head for the track. Brakes, wheels, axles, suspension... all that fun stuff.

I may drive my Mini up to watch though. Are you racing Manny?

Sweet car Bill.
Even sweeter that you have turned your new business venture into success [and back to racing] in such a short time. Nice work, man!

Thanks Tony. I decided I am more productive at work after a good road race. The fluids over the brain like being vibrated by the race car and warmed by the helmet... or something like that ;->

Hi Bill,

Back for more Judging by some of the other Rs out there, it should be fun to drive. Interesting color combination... When you are ready, you may check with Rick Deman for some upgrades...adjustable shocks, uprights, and other R/RS/RSR parts.

Wow, your car has come a long way. Looking good. White. A proper race car color. I am surprised more racers have not selected blue/green metallic with silver interior and yellow wheels/graphics...
Unless this car looks way dfferent in the flesh a paint job will be in her future.
