Winterfest 2024

Usually when I go too far it's for a joke. I didn't take the pic but it was sent to me. It was a bad weekend for a number of drivers / cars.

Anyways, back on topic.
I plan to do the full weekend of racing: 6hr, enduro and sprints. Going to be a fun week! I'll be in the Autoquest tent with a 981 Cayman Clubsport, come say hi!
Assuming Hankooks are going to be my best bet for the 6 hour race? Any suggestions would be helpful.

Just got word back from Autometrics this week that my car has a clean bill of health and after a year of working on the repairs (good lord that took forever) I'm really looking forward to getting back on track at Winterfest!

Looking forward to spending my annual budget on consumables this year instead of repairs... It's been a big week so far - ordered tires yesterday and the last few incidentals today (oil, replacement fuel door, etc.)
We really need to organize a Rennlist happy hour this year!

Mark D's mobile man cave should serve quite well again this year as the "happy place".

I get into Sebring on the Tuesday afternoon and will be there until late Sunday afternoon
The races are a great warm-up to the PCA 48 Hours club racing shortly thereafter!

Still looking for a place to rent for January to April, but nothing has hit yet. (Mike, and ideas?) Air BNB and VRBO aren't really helping too much.
Have about 20 days on the schedule just for Sebring and would like to get to Homestead and Daytona as well. We'll see.....
