In the wet, was treacherous
You can see the under steer from my onboard video further back in the thread

If you go out as a passenger in a fast car, don't eat much beforehand.

Don't ask

I puked the first time I was on a Sim. Did ok while on the sim, but on the drive home had to pull over. Delayed response sickness.

I am not a big fan of the right seat, but if the day ever comes that I instruct, I guess I'm gonna have to get used to it. If....

I have been in the right seat of some instructors over the last 5 or 6 years, but never puked from it. Queasy, yes. Actual upchucking, no sir!!

GoFish, you coming to Germany with us?

But once you know where to go, you should be OK.

Maybe.

Do most stay at the comfort inn or quality inn? Or just fill up both?

Default Anyone know of a group renting track on Thursday 5/16?

Nothing on Mid O calendar for Thursday,
seems like a lot of races will have a different group with an open track day for practice on the Thursday prior to the 3 day weekend.

PS event signup is tonight.

They fill both, but the comfort has a water park attached so there can be lots of running kids. . It's calmer across at the quality, imho.

Then I will book Quality Inn. If I wanted to be around lots of crazy kids, I'd stay home with my own.

Thanks for the info.

This is our 24th consecutiive year running a club race at Mid Ohio. Keeping this race on the schedule the past few years has been a challenge so we have cut out the frills and extras and focused on offering simply an opportunity for some great racing at a world class venue.

We’re hoping our new mid-May date will bring us some better weather and we are excited to add the Vintage racers to the schedule. We’ve also invited the 944Cup, 911Cup, Triple Trefeo and 911 Club Sport series to run with us. And a big thanks to the Northern New Jersey Region for teaming up with us this year and hosting the Advanced/Solo DE part of the weekend.

Come out and help me keep this race alive.

Registration for the Club Race opens at 10pm Eastern tonight.

I hope to see you there.
