That track is evil in the rain. Something (the sealant?) make the track slicker than ice. One race I went off 3 times in the rain.

I went off in a qualifying because I was not above the sealant but had the left side tires on sealant and turned left with no steering input just beyond the bridge after thunder valley

It's the most fun track to race on in my experience.
You will have a BLAST!

I know I will. Thanks. Just a bit nervous as it's my first time there and it's an advanced DE, so hopefully I catch on quick.
I'm going to try and get someone to right seat me in the first session so I can learn the line quicker.
Most of my NNJR instructor friends are very helpful and will jump in my right seat when I ask. Always trying to learn and get better, and coaching really helps.
Between the sim and the videos, I love what I'm seeing.
That race looked like a ton of fun. If you have more videos from Mid-O, don't be shy with them.
I know at least one person who will suck 'em up like candy....(me).
Thanks again....

No pressure in a DE. Stay on line, use your mirrors, and give point by's to faster cars.
I can post both sprints and enduro here, but if you click on the YouTube link in my signature, you can access them all directly on my YouTube page.
Let me know what is easier for you.

Thanks for the hotel deal. Will call to reserve. I'm looking forward to driving this track for the first time!

Yep, THANK YOU for the hotel deal. Reservations made. Mid-Ohio is one of my favorite tracks. It's been way too long since my last visit.

my favorite track of those i've raced
The lack of grip, and combination of madness and the high speed flowing front make it unforgettable
