A group of us camp most years unless the weather is REALLY bad. Showers are sketchy, but doable. The water is hot. I suggest shower shoes.

And you will get stronger.
Wanna caravan out there? I got a few folks already in line to go, could be the same folks you are already going with,
but, more importantly,
will you be do any coaching those 3 days at Mid-O?
You driving or coaching.....or both?

Shower shoes? You probably get tetanus shots too you wussy...lol.

I think I'll stay at the track this year. It is nice waking up and not rushing around to try to get to the track on time.

Hell yes shower shoes and tetanus. I also suggest malaria and yellow fever

I am not sure if we are camping at the track or a hotel but, we will be there. Cayman is being put back together and the 993 just had the motor torn down and, other than the crack, looks good and can be repaired.

Don't over think it. Its Mid-ohio. $85 for a room at the Travelodge in Mansfield. 8 minutes to the track. (and there's a mexican restaurant you can walk to)

And JB's drive in every day for lunch. Great food, friendly people, and 3 minutes away from the track.

It is for me. People rave about the track. Gotta check it out for myself.
I plan on leaving North Jersey Thursday morning around 6-6:30am.
Looks like I-80 straight out.
Let me know if you wanna join the Caravan out.

Thats what I'm thinking, but damn, 8 hours in a sparco ergo is not a pleasant thought. If i can borrow someome's trailer, it would be more likely. Have to think about it for a bit.
