I'm surprised we don't see this more on street circuits.
In F1 I expected it to happen in Baku but they've had 2 races without a pile up.

Having been to the Macau track after the race, wifey’s parents live in Hong Kong and when we go to HKG we go to Macau, it is a too narrow not well designed track. I am surprised this did not happen before.
