We can't catch a break. It's a shame PCA

Thanks in advance....

Also curious about set up differences. When I spoke to Jackson the said "we don't have any tech set up info from Pirelli but they say they like a lot of camber." Nice and specific, no?

Also, did anyone else notice the difference in Front Toe from Michelin (0) to Pirelli (-5') on the set up sheet?

Just wait until the post Jan 01, 2014 price increase across the Pirelli line.............

Just installed new Pirelli on GTC3 cup. As feared section width much wider. Will need to shave at least 3/8" off rear bumper to clear near rear quarter panel.

Hey Bob

Can I borrow that wheel and tire for a couple days? Just fitted a new rear bumper on a C3 and it was painted today. Nice to need to modify a "spec" car, wonder if that is allowed in the rule book.

275/645-18 DH
315/680-18 DH

Will only fit 997.2 cups (2010-2013)

These WILL NOT fit 997.1 Cups (2006-2009)

997.1 Cups will use:
245/645
305/680

This is the size GOLD class cups used in Pirelli Cup this year as spec.

This will be the second year in a row Pirelli has raised their price, I am sure it's due to them becoming "the spec tire", the good thing is that you will end up getting more heat cycles, and when they do go, it is not as abrupt as Michelins.
Also Pirelli did give us recommended camber settings for different types of tracks.

As a shameless plug for Competent Motorsports, check their website for their series next year, they will be running Mid Ohio and Road America next year as well as Laguna Secca, Miller, Sonoma, Auto Club Speedway, and possibly Cota and one other.

We need more Silver cars out there (99-05 996's) spec cars that are running PCA GTC3.

Do you have a link? Mid-O, RA and COTA will work well for us in the midwest.
