Doesn't matter the term - that calc is constant.

They are going to extend the same Resid as was in Q4 when i ordered the car.

At 10K miles

55% for 36 months
53% for 39 months.

MF .00230.

They tried to raise to .00270, which they said is still below where it is now (which is crazy, as these are terrible MF's) but told them that PNA assured me no financial harm in terms of resid or rates by the time the car arrives, and they backed down. Would love to get it lower, but think this is the lowest i'm going to get. Still waiting in a stupid CARB state...

Interesting that Texas Frisco was quoted .0032 money factor and you are saying the current rate is .0027 which translates to 6.48%?? Also, your message indicates you are actually getting a lower money factor; can you tell us what that number is?

Better off from what I was quoted this weekend. Considering going out of state to Oklahoma or trying the next closest dealer in Austin, TX to benchmark current rates.

Does anybody here know how the heat is generated for the cabin of a Panamera 4 E-Hybrid? Is it generated solely from the electric-motor's batteries, or is it generated solely by the ICE, or from a combination? I'm wondering how much the electric motor's battery capacity is compromised by the use of the heater in winter. (And, I guess, likewise for the AC in summer.)

To clarify, I was not in the hybrid mode that charged the batteries - this would definitely cause a higher petrol consumption. The additional e-mode reach was achieved by charging the batteries when you slowed down / took the foot of the gas while driving. So in my eyes, it is a true saving and "free energy" that would have otherwise gone lost.

Nevertheless, the 7,6l (31 mpgUS) is overall a good value over the 170ish km (110ish miles) even if you argue that some of the fuel was used to charge the batteries (which however was not the case)...

Anyone here can shed some light on how good the "boost" button is? Never knew the button existed during my test drive :-(

I think this thread is being a little overused...it was initially for new eHybrid enthusiasts!

Comet - heat is a combo I think, when on Electric it must just use up battery. It's not the drain of the heater I would worry about, the batteries themselves are not heated so range takes a massive hit if it's cold outside.

Rsyed - the magic button spools up the Turbos and gives you max electric boost. Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!

Yes, in some ways more so than a 911 because you'll add the first 15-30mph quicker but then the car loses the punch just as the 911 would pick it up.

Have done 9k miles in last 8 months, throughout Europe, and never regretted the choice!!

Yeah, and if you don't use/need all 20 secs you can press it again and it turns off.

Excellent - and how long before you can press the button once you have used it for 20 seconds?

Someone wanting to check my current build? Always open for suggestions, or thumbs up if you like it http://www.porsche.com/microsite/por...px?c=/PJNPXD57
I was astounded to hear your price of $175k for a Panamera 4; here, that's what you'd pay for a V8 Turbo. So I looked at your build, and then I took the Dutch configurator that you used and put in the spec for my own build. Here in the USA, my build costs $115.5k (about 103 Euros) MSRP; on your Dutch configurator, for the exact same features/same car, I would have to pay $143.7k (128.5 Euros). That's bizarre. I wouldn't be buying my car (a Panamera 4 Sport Turismo E-Hybrid) if I had to pay that much!

For those of you who have your e hybrid in the USA, did your car come with Pzero or P7 all season. I remember when I ordered there was no option for all season tires (which I'm not a fan of) but the cars I'm seeing in dealerships all have P7 cinturato (all seasons). Thanks!

Hello everyone! Just picked mine up from the dealership last Friday, loving it so far. Has any one tried to get "Launch Control" working? I was able to get e-Launch working by switching to e-power, break with my left foot, and hit the "peddle" with my right and active e-Launch; however, I cannot get Launch Control working by switching to Sport + mode. I contacted the dealership and they are looking into it. Any feedback on your attempts to activate Launch Control is much appreciate.

Thanks!
