i have 2012 panamera 4s 4.8L (USA version if it meter?)
i made automatic update to the pdk.
the update began with 8 steps.
on step 5, it stopped with error " control unit variant PDK_FFFF in mcr data not found"
i pressed F12 to continue and finished the rest.
now my car does not start at all, the gear shift stuck and can not be move. i have lot of errors.
can someone help me plaese?
Usually when you brick a module like this the dealer is the only one who can fix it for you, but I have never gone thru this. Hopefully someone else chimes in with a better solution.

I also had this same problem when trying to update the tcu software with Piwis 3,so what I learned was that the MCR data error is the calibration values got wiped out during programming,so my fix was to manual program tcu only in engineering mode after that finished when straight into Pdk calibration and to
make it all the way through the fluid temp needs to be 60c and a few other pre conditions met after the calibration completes clear all error codes and mine was fixed.. I even done this on a panamera 970 with a bad tcu,got a used tcu from salvage yard and did these same steps worked like a charm even on a
used Tcu from another donor car, hope this helps someone out !
