Received my new PIWIS III
I bought only the program and the head, here

If so, what kind of image was it (Acronis, etc.)? I'm really close to pulling the trigger on this.

I sent the request code and serial number of the laptop, after 2 minutes I got the key, entered it and got an unlimited license
unpack to your desktop and run from it, will automatically start with a rollback of the date
I just tried to use my clone PIWIS III and I couldn't get the dongle to connect. I reset the date to last year and it connected right away. I will visit the manufacturer's website to see if there is a better fix for this and will post if I get one
the PT3G license for the vas6154 clone you have ended in your Piwis.
Finally resolved.
The "ODX loading" message can be solved easily by changing the date.
The "mode could not be initialised" (after switching to P mode) required restoration of the OS. Here is how to do it.

- 25 GB image file of HDD downloaded from here: https://mega.nz/file/WKhWXQKK#_Ncn-P...M2dh9ysQUIuOdU
- Use Opera, other browsers have in-browser storage space issues
- Copy to usb flash disk (formatted to proper format)
- Restoring OS with running Windows description is here: https://kb.acronis.com/content/59870

Next, you write this head manually, there is a decent number of files and Jar editing
you will need to configure it for each model, and the development mode too
Without the skills and understanding of Piwis, this cannot be done
It's easier to buy ready-made and original software

Has anyone in this group actually used PIWIS III to cut off seat belt chimes on a Panamera, Cayenne, or Macan from MY2018 forward? If so, could you write up something brief about how (assuming someone has PIWIS III, knows how to enable Mode E, and do basics like release the braking brake mechanism for brake pad servicing)? Please? Pretty please?
I gotten a whole ton of "look in Kombi" type support, and that's great (seriously - it helps), but that doesn't explain how to actually DO the coding.

In the latest versions, as far as I know in dealer mode, this cannot be done, since in new models in the latest versions, Porsche did it through the online login, it is possible to disable it through the development menu, I will see if this option is available for the latest models, but in 39 versions, developer menu is more limited
In cayenne 958 i did this
