CHASSIS SYSTEM FAILURE
My 2013 GTS is showing “CHASSIS SYSTEM FAILURE” within a minute of start up.....
Is it safe to drive to the dealer? Fortunately it is still under CPO warranty.....

Wow....a 2013 with only 20K on the clock!
According to the manual, for a failure it suggest to stop the car immediately, whereas a chassis system fault says to reduce speed and drive cautiously. So I guess that means it should be towed to the dealer. At least you have that warranty, but hopefully its nothing major. Let us know how it comes out. I have a 2012 with PASM and 77K so of course will be curious....

On it’s way...
The low milage on the Panamera GTS is a result of it being one of three Porsches in our garage.

I heard back from the dealer today. The fault code indicates a bad compressor and relay. I was told the part has to come from Germany (?!) and that it will take 5 days to get here.....

Update
So five days for the part was fantasy. Germany doesn’t have the part and doesn’t know when it will be available (according to my dealer).
it doesn’t seem right that a part for a 5 year old Panamera is not available and there is no estimate of when it will be available. My dealer has loaned me a Macan S....

sorry. it took about a month for my dealer to fix my issue. got my ptt back yesterday. so far so good.
they did a great job and were very focused on getting the problem solved.
seems the bearing hub was also faulty.

My dealer did locate a compressor and relay. I just picked up the car and all is well. Ten days down time....from what I have read it could have been a lot worse.

I received my car back last thursday. So far, so good. no chassis error, abs lights or other. Seems the compressor / relay is a part that can go bad on these cars. As much as I love it, pannies are very complicated machines. the more complex something is, the more likely something is going to break unfortunately. Glad you got your wheels back!
#porschebethesda did my service. Did a great job , attention to detail and took their time to get it right.

Chasis System Failure
I just got this error message for the first time. Turned off the car twice and the error has gone away. Is it possible the car corrected the error itself or should I take it in ? Seems to be driving perfectly fine now

I used to get these once in a while - it would always go away when restarting the car. I took it to the dealership a few times and they found no faults/issues. Ultimately, I noticed it happened when I would start the car and drive off quickly over a big ramp/bump (which is best described as my driveway which is slopped down with some holes in it). If I waited 60s after starting or if I drove off slower, it would be fine. To note, I had the default mode on my car to have the suspension lower (sports+), so the car lowers itself upon starting.

My 2012 PTTS has been stored for the winter the last two months. Yesterday I needed to pull the car out to maneuver another car in and I got the same warning. I restarted the car and nothing, the fault code seemed to clear itself up?
