Nice! No problem finding a track-ready GT350 with even more tech goodies if you want it in 2017, especially with the higher production volumes planned.

ADM's only getting worse on the 2016 Track Pack - good luck finding one.

If you're going to track it make sure you get a 2016 Track Pack or R as the Technology package won't get the proper cooling until next year.

RMauro - AWESOME PAIR - can't wait to hear what you think of shifts at 8,250 RPM.

Well by next year you mean 2017 model year, so in 6 months or so?

Correct - for 2015/2016 the GT350 Track Pack and R have the transmission, differential and oil coolers.

The features of the Track Pack will be standard and included on ALL the 2017 GT350's. Plus you can get some of the electronic stuff that you couldn't in 2016. So I can't imagine the 2016's would command any sort of premium.

This^
I have my eyes on a 2016 @msrp but will probably wait for a 2017. Will better suit my needs as a DD with all the comfy stuff.

This is not confirmed yet. What was leaked did not show the 2016 Track Pack's Integrated Driver Control (IDC) and Heavy Duty springs as standard on 2017. Should be further clarification on that down the road.

Saw the GT350R at the Toronto Autoshow this week. Gotta say looks way better in person than pics.

Get that its a different experience and obviously different car than GT3, but would be great to hear some compare contrasts between the two for both back road street and track (beginner track duty).

rmauro - Care to write up an initial compare?

What color was the R they had on display?

Agreed - not important but it's a difficult car to photograph I've found - out of maybe 50 photographs I've taken I would say only about 4 of them actually show the car properly. Maybe I'm just krap at taking photos.

I'd say what isn't well represented in photos is how low and wide it looks in person - especially the rear end in person it all looks very extreme - stands out quite a bit on the street.

Agree, and I think you loose the depth of the body lines depending on the photo, lighting etc.

It was this colour...
