I don't have my Macan yet BUT I see images and videos of the reversing camera sometimes showing the Orange lines with blue portion and others without the blue portion.... what gives? Is something that has to be turned on? Shouldn't it always be visible?

Possible one without Surround View option and the other with Surround View system? Our 2022 GTS with Surround view looks like the bottom one.

Is there a way in settings to make it default to front view? My preferred, since it shows sides when pulling in to a space.

My 2022 S looks like the lower pic. I have surround view. Last year I had a base loaner and it showed the blue area but I didn't think to see if it also had surround view. It might be nice to have the blue shaded area but I can't see what difference it would make.

Just was told by dealer SA they cannot set, even with PIWIS.

My 2022 GTS defaults to front view, although I prefer top view.

Weird, now mine is defaulting to front. Must have heard me talking about what I wanted.
That or it changes with daylight savings.

My 2023 GTS without surround view has the blue box + orange lines like the first pic. Just noticed it today.
