I installed the below tips on my 2019, fits perfectly, good quality part.
Tip for installation: the assembly came with the pipe clamp bolt nut facing upwards from the seller, made it very awkward to tighten the clamp. Turn the bolt 180 degrees around, so the nut faces downwards, making tightening much easier.

I bought the black ones above and they really are great and OEM looking.
I also recently bought these brushed ones that are a slightly different profile to match the OEM Macan S shape. They have more of a thin, single wall design which I happen to like a bit more than a thick double wall design.
I like them a lot although my diffuser is going back in for a darker gloss grey color so I may switch back to black.
