I bought my successful install from Raymond at Innovative soft. I used an old secondary PC so cannot speak to using a Mac. The install did require some prep and knowledge of USB connections which I discussed with Raymond in the several text conversations we had prior to install. I had no installation issues; sorry about your experience.
