Default 2022 GTS - Oh boy...That front!

If you want to see a real world good example of just how bad the 2022 GTS front end is, check out this video. Go to the 27 sec spot and watch it come down the road. Oh dear! This is the perfect motivation to select a dark paint if going GTS. Just IMO here which means nothing and maybe its just the camera angle, I dunno. No offense intended to anyone that likes it.

How about the Sport Pkg on the 992 TT/TTS?! It’s not my cup of tea but I personally like the front end of the ‘22 Macan GTS in chalk. To each his own.

Look at all the people who have been whining about how they don't like the "ancient" buttons on the 95B.1 and 95B.2 consoles. Porsche may not actually want to change things for no reason, but the market forces them to.

I'm guilty as well. Coming from a 991.2, I mocked the 992--especially the Robocop butt and the Gillette gear shifter. Now I have warmed up to the 992 but still not a fan of the gear shifter. People will always be critical of change but Porsche engineers and marketing will always have the upper hand. As for the new Macan GTS, I think it will look better in person.

Hate the new bumper and intake styling Porsche is using. I'm sure them all being black saves them a bunch of money instead of painting them the car color, but they just look like the foil on an electric razor to me.

As someone with 6 Porsches, it's a shame to me they've moved in the direction they have, as I don't have any desire to own a Porsche newer than a 2010 of any model.

That front end and the haptic "buttons" is why I bought a 2021 GTS two months ago

Yep. It looks cheap. I dunno why car manufacturers go this route, but reminds me of a Toyota...

This 3rd facelift is proof that too much plastic surgery never ends well...

I had the same thoughts on that GTS front, looks like a wide open mouth lol. Luckily it looks great with Volcano Grey, anything light coloured makes it stand out too much.

I don't love it and I don't hate it. I probably prefer the 2021 Macan GTS aesthetically, but the new engine and the addition of Gentian Blue are the reasons I am going with a 2022.

Me too! Now of it would just get here. Haha. It’s somewhere in the middle of the ocean heading towards the Panama Canal. Soon soon (that’s what I keep telling myself anyway, lol)

Agreed. With gray, black, blues, it won’t be so bad.

Normally would totally agree but not this one. Porsche forced it. There was no need for the generic looking plastic face and rear diffuser. They could have just done the light interior refresh with the haptic, added some colors and interior leathers as they did and the engines and called it a day till the ev macan. Would not have hurt sales one bit to leave the rest alone.
