This is mostly for road trips & everyons says the Air Suspension & PSASM are musts.
For $5K difference I predict you will be very glad you bought the GTS. I drove an S, a GTS and a Turbo. Coming from a 911, I feel like the GTS is the perfect blend of a pure sports car and a luxury small SUV. I have nothing against the S or the Turbo, they're incredible cars. But, to me, the GTS has a certain je ne sais quoi that the S and the Turbo just seem to lack!

I have a 2018 Macan GTS with about 30K in options.
Best all around vehicle I have ever driven, let alone owned.
The combination of real road performance, off road capability, drive train, PDK, suspension, four doors/seating, cargo space, ergonomic cockpit and cool stying is not currently available in any other vehicle. Many other models do best the Macan GTS in a single category, but none do as many things as well.

I just drove over Flagstaff Mountain above Boulder, Colorado today in mine.
9000' elevation and multiple switchbacks with sand- challenging, but very fun.

(The second half of the vid is far more interesting.)

Traded in a CS for a Macan Turbo for daily duties. Macan is very good, all around, no negatives when it comes to driving. I kept a
996 turbo (which I later traded for a newer 911). For a DD, Macan is great. It is not a 911, though. With a A8 and Q7
at home, I'd recommend the 911. Won't regret it.

Yes I went from a 911 (1982 SC hot rod build) straight to a well optioned 17 Macan S. Have had 3 911s and got tired of hemorrhaging cash, but did make coin on all of them, so enjoyed them and made bank which is ain’t too shabby. Did really enjoy the driving experience of the 911s on the canyons and track but now it’s a BTDT. Life moves on. The Cayenne is going too since there is no comparison in the driving experience between it and the Macan. Will still hold onto the 914-6 since I like vintage/appreciation.

That said, Everyone should own a 911.

Both.. Will be placing the order for a 992C4S Monday (already agreed with the dealer, just the call got delayed from today to Monday), delivery ETA in July and then probably ship up to Alaska.

2020 Macan S is the wife's car, the 992 is mine and the 2008 V8 Touareg is ours; forever!

Thank you kindly Sir, let's hope there is an allocation and not just a place in line. Will hopefully know more Monday. Mods for the 992 already planned...

PS Forgot to mention, we're keeping Olga (my bobcat) as well of course...
