Getting sent to the principal's office for entering the classroom doing a somersault. I simply questioned why we walk through a door instead of something more grand. Got my answer, the principal calls your mother. Mystery solved.

Was the pancake in "catch that pancake" story. I wore a big cardboard pancake that my father made. Including a pat of butter. Very artfully done, hideously embarrassing though.

Learning that the game where the guys try to catch the girls was where the girls wanted to be caught. I decked a couple of guys. Oops. Subtlety isn't a strong suit of mine......

Having the teacher tape my mouth shut. The tape glue tasted good, and, magically it fell off. Big grin, another call to my mother.

Sorry I missed this thread. Actually, I just discovered this forum. <edit>Just realized this was the old Ghetto Racer forum. I was never too fond of the fact that the old forum was named after him/had his name on it.
