I like the fart. I add points for the black flag (proper team spirit shown there). I am not as pleased with the no braking thing though. That implies an attempt to go fast - tsk-tsk. On the other hand Mike, if not using the brakes was an attempt to spin.. Kurt may be salvaged with some pennance and practice.

Proudest moment? Car related? That ones easy. A bunch of fellow Potomac track rats that unwittingly let me practice amateur hour bolt bending and knuckle busting on their cars while in the paddock passed the hat via email without me knowing. They bought me a new set of Hoosiers. (a hint I think...) Enough $ left over to give $1500 to a camp for sick kids + another $700 a week later from someone that went nameless. It's been down hill ever since. Good thing too as uphill makes my legs tired.

OK back to the funny stuff like spins. Have I spun? I try to not make a habit of it but yes I have a few spins in the book and two in one run to boot. Spins require energy and I think in my case that alone has kept the total down some. Looped it in T3 at Summit point one wet a.m. Came in, did the "What happened out there?" with the grid boss, gathered my ****s in a little pile and went back out... In order to promptly loop it coming out of T8 leaving the car's nose right on the apex of T9 and 90 deg to normal travel. Got to wave to a long string of buddies as they squeezed past me. Even when people are wearing full face helmets you can see that they are laughing by the eyes...

Excellent strategy for slowness...spin twice and get kicked off the track!!! I vote yes!

Mike - I see you got my "double meaning" for a proposed title

This is clearly a man who is obviously slow (covering several meanings of that word), trying to make certain he stays that way. I vote YES!

One last question from this previous 912 owner; is it possible to execute a complete 360 degree spin at the speeds one can attain with one of those things?

Caption should read "THINK before you release those front tie-down straps!".

What do you get when you cross a 912 with a trailer?

I vote yes. Kurt was one of the only guys in the black group that I could regularly pass in my n/a 944, and if I can pass him, he definitely needs everyone else to wait for him. Now, just so you do not think that I have disqualified myself, he could pass me too when he really tried, so don't get too worried about me!

No, that is just visual proof that Kurt is so slow he can't even keep up with a parked trailex.
