I don't know about you all but that ain't stock. That is a FAST car.

The owner of the car seems quite nice too.

Too bad Frank is being a less than stellar person as a figurehead being the driver.

I'm sure the owner is a nice person, but I can't help but chuckle when people list oil caps, grounding kits, radiator hoses, etc in their mod lists.

It sounds as if the only thing stock on that car is the sheet metal.

The guy who owns it sells aftermarket stuff so I think that is why he listed it in the email he sent me. More as to say, "I use it and trust it" than anything else.

However the list is very thorough.

It just reminds me of a "mod list" in someone's signature over on the one of the non-track related forums/topics on Bimmerforums.com. I've actually seen someone list the "upgraded metal valve stems" before.

Those are great. Sometimes I like Signatures but for the most part if they are full of crap like that it drives me crazy. There are a number on here that are pretty similar too.

I don't have to bother with listing the mods on my racecar -- I just tell folks to read the GCRs.

Henry would take offense to you smack talkers. He's just a young kid (22) and he works his *** off to modify and pay for his car. What the **** did you drive @ 22? So shut your hater asses up. This car is a daily driver econo car (that's what the base Impreza is). Go drive at Cali Spdway infield and see what your lap time is on street tires. Then come back and talk.

Hey Guys,

First off, i want to thank Frank for standing up for me. I was not aware that me responding to a simple request of mod list will be used against me.

To explain why the car is consider quite "stock", if anyone goes out to Time Attack events, most of the cars in the "Street" class that are top finishers usually have more mods than what you saw listed of my car. For example, the first place finisher at the Feb Time Attack event is almost a full track car. It came off a trailer, they had race gas set up, and cage and everything. My car has no cage, no stich welds, just support bars. also, at this event, we were running on 91 octane map, so iono about what you guys think, but i thought we did decent since we didnt even get to practice the day before. (Due to frank's ghetto laggin ***, probably could've won something if you were a lil faster.... hahaha, JK JK)

The mod list sent to the original poster is the list i have in my proposal that i send out to companies. Therefore, it does have to be as complete as possible. A apologize if it seems kinda "Rice" to list mods like Oil caps and little things like that.

If anyone would like more info as far as what i've done, or just simple questions, or just comments, feel free to talk to me here or email me. Laters!

I think the instructor's name was Telly, not Tulley. Telly is a rare sight as an instructor these days, as he's pretty involved in SM racing still, at least the last time I saw him. Henry what? Sorry that I don't remember you. I'm bad with names and I meet a LOT of people at track days and races. I'm glad that you had a good time with us, though. There are quite a few Subies already signed up for the Reno-Fernley event we're putting on in June . . . you'd be right at home. See www.onemain.com/~bonster/driverlist.html to see all the cool cars that will be there.
