Track Pads for GT4
I did some searching and couldn't find a consolidated thread on track pads for the GT4.
Is there any consensus on the which track pads are best for the car? My only requirement for the road is that the pads have reasonable cold bite and not make too much dust, otherwise I don't care if they squeal.
I found the OEM pads to seriously lack feel for track use.

Whatever you like for the GT3 should translate (same brakes). I am very pleased with the Brembo (Race Technologies) RE10. Mostly bought due to them having the longest claimed rotor and pad life (changing pads is a hassle on this car). They work fine on the street too.
Got the tip from Trakcar who puts lots of track miles on his RS.
Only downside is price, but if rotors and pads last longer, saves money in long run.

The main pads seem to be PFC 11 and Ferodo DS1.11. From what I've read, DS1.11 seems to have converted several PFC 11 fans on track but squeals a lot on the road, whereas PFC 11 is still solid on track while being totally reasonable on the road. Not sure how the Ferodos are on dust (ask Orthojoe?), but the PFC 11s are apparently similar to OEM in that regard, and both have cold bite. I've got a set of PFC 11 ready for when the OEMs are more worn down. I didn't have any complaints about the OEM pads at CotA having come from an M3 running PFC 08s, but then again I was also getting used to the car as a whole, so I may not have been paying as much attention to the brakes in particular. Anyhow, Clark-ApexPerformance (sponsor here) stocks both compounds and I've been very happy with his pricing and service on the stuff I've bought for the GT4 and earlier for the M3.
There are also 1-3 Endless compounds that have been discussed, but I can't remember their names offhand and I don't know if Clark stocks them.

VERY happy with PFC11's here. Solid and proven on the track and almost never hear them on the street. Good cold performance on street. Great pad for dual purpose cars if you don't want to swap pads in and out, which I absolutely do not want to since it is PITA.
Never tried the Ferodo's and don't really see a reason why I would as I am super happy with the PFC's.

BTW, I find that they dust less than stock pads (and don't squeak on street, except occasionally). When I changed from stock pads, I removed the old pad transfer layer from the rotors with Simple Green and 3M Scotch-Brite pads (recommended, but only optional for better performance/wear).

I have a set of DS1.11 coming in for the GT4. I ran PFC 06 and then 08 for 6 years in my Cayman S and than tried the 11 compound and didn't like the release. I only see 11 from PFC for the GT4 so am trying the Ferodo.

How does the dust on DS1.11 and PFC11 compare to OEM? I'm with the OP that I care less about the squeal but don't want to wash the wheels every week. I used Ferrodo DS2500 and DS3000 in the past. Both are very dusty.

Funny, I'm the opposite. I would hate the nails on the chalkboard sound every time I came to a red light (never mind how innocent bystander pedestrians would feel), but I'm happy for my silver wheels to be covered in brake dust. Keeping a car clean is a losing battle, and I've decided I'm not willing to put the time, money, or effort into having it look perfect all the time. After all, I bought it to drive, not ogle.

I have been a big fan and using RS29s for years, was gonna go with them again for the GT4, but seeing the good reviews on the Ferodo DS1.11, decided to try them out. Will be here in a few days.
OEM pads do not have the initial bite I like out on track. Im not to concerned with noise on the street, as I know Im using a track oriented pad on the street.
I was going to try ME20s, but getting them seemed to be a bit of an issue. Maybe next time.

I just ordered the PFC11s last night, so I hope that was the right call. Seemed to be based on my reading. Will see soon enough.
