/\ Great find! The owner bought the car, shipped it and didn't drive it as he thought it would be an investment. Sounds like an amateur Porsche investor buying a pearl white GT4 for a premium like that. He now wants MSRP which sounds fair for a car with 77 miles but I'm not paying $13k for PTS and PCCB's.
If you are planning on tracking a lot, them maybe its not for you ( but you could always replace the rotors etc ...
As for the pearl white .. that is another story
Kind regards
Ed

918 Pearl White PTS
And I love the elegance of it!
You got that color wrong, no GT4 is painted Carrera White
Here is a clean GT4 in one of the lamest PTS cars I've seen. I'm not sure what specific color white that is but if you get a PTS allocation, get a loud color!

Been checking out the list as I'm looking to replace my CGTS with a GT4. # 22 on the lists interests me based on the asking price vs the original sale price. The only thing that causes me a lil bit of concern is the car is equipped with PCCB. I plan to use the car for back road adventures and I'm not sure if the PCCB set up is really all that necessary. Anyone care to chime in on that and enlighten me.
Also # 32 on the list has been sold.
Thanks for putting in the work on this list..

You can always take the PCCB rotors off and replace them with Giro Disc rotors. That's what I did. I'm putting the rotors and pads back on prior to trading it in next Saturday. ID #808.
If anyone is interested contact Steve Youhana at Beachwood Porsche, great guy. The car is CPO till 11/2021.

MSRP seems like a very fair price - if one wants all of those options.

I prefer solid colors on a GT, but absent that pearl would be acceptable, and is what Lamborghini uses for most of its brighter colors.
Pearl is a smaller mica flake than metallic and has a smoother look;
Solid (black coffee) > Pearl (coffee with cream) > Metallic (coffee with curdled cream)
