This is a great idea and service to the community. I know it's more work, but interesting additional info is MSRP and then Ask as % of MSRP, because that's really where the intel is helpful (though I recognize you qualified it initially as MSRPs around $100k). Nice work.
A few sales yesterday - spreadsheet updated!
UPDATE: Having trouble ID'ing cars on the registry based on VIN. Can anybody advise?

I think it may be the opposite of a dip with the Gt3 here. With the renewed interest in manual cars and such a big price difference between the Gt3/gt4 I could see folks not wanting to reach to 170k and would "settle" with a manual gt4 at 110ish. Plus as of today it's only a one year build.

No problem.
I started filling in the original MSRPs this evening but I quickly maxed out server calls to the vin decoder's website. Will have to do some more tomorrow...

You can buy a low mileage GT4 now for around $100K, give or take a few thousand. You're not going to be able to buy a new GT3 for less than $160K and you're not going to get that car for at least six months. I see that as two different buyers.

The opposite of a dip would be be an increase in prices... late 2016 most GT4's were going for 5-10k over MSRP. Now that we're getting into spring I assumed prices would spike but rather prices have settled back to around MSRP. As we approach Fall/Winter and the 991.2 GT3 is released I foresee more supply of GT4's hitting the market, thus prices should stay at ~MSRP or less. I hope to land a car far before then but I haven't found the perfect build from a private seller.

My only issue with buying a used 991.1 GT3 is the DLC issue. I traded mine because I didn't want to deal with wondering when/if my engine would suffer from failed DLC coating. My GT4 has an MSRP of just a little under $117k and I am waiting on what the dealer will offer should I trade. I haven't yet decided that I want to do that. I honestly like the lines of the GT4 better than the GT3.
