+1. There a huge price difference between the GT4 and the new 991.2 GT3. There will surely be a handful of GT4 owners that can and will trade up to the new GT3. But I wouldn't expect those numbers to have much of an effect on used GT4 prices at all.
You can buy a low mileage GT4 now for around $100K, give or take a few thousand. You're not going to be able to buy a new GT3 for less than $160K and you're not going to get that car for at least six months. I see that as two different buyers.

More than a handful will trade up but different buyers.

Great information - Thanks!
If you have the data on sale date you should add one more column, so then we can begin tracking pricing over time with sales in specific time periods and see if they are steady state, trending up or down.
Great effort - again Thanks!

The "# Days Available" column stops ticking up on the sale date. I don't have data on actual sale prices, unfortunately.

$113k MSRP, somebody just put deposit on it at $105k. White, PCCB, buckets, deviated stitching, carbon trim etc. This is almost the perfect car for me... I should have acted quicker

The manual 991.2 GT3's will hit the US soil just in time for winter. With both of those factors I foresee a dip in price after September/October.
The opposite of a dip would be be an increase in prices... late 2016 most GT4's were going for 5-10k over MSRP. Now that we're getting into spring I assumed prices would spike but rather prices have settled back to around MSRP. As we approach Fall/Winter and the 991.2 GT3 is released I foresee more supply of GT4's hitting the market, thus prices should stay at ~MSRP or less. I hope to land a car far before then but I haven't found the perfect build from a private seller.

I'm looking to make time to post my car this evening and I'll be curious to see it land on your spreadsheet, maybe get a few plugs and support from the RL community. Trying for an easy sale at MSRP but we'll see. Great work on this!
