For anyone that cares to know, mine sold last week and went on the transporter yesterday. MSRP was 107 and it took about a month. I Started at 110, dropped to 107 and then finally sold for 103. No hassles and really good people thankfully.

It's funny how many former 1M owners are here! I traded mine in for my GT4 last month, and it wholesaled for $42,500 with 46k and needing brakes, tires, and probably another $2k in cosmetic reconditioning. I did factory delivery and paid just over $50k for it, and drove it like I stole it daily for 6+ years, so I was thrilled with walking away with $42,500.
I can't see putting more than 3k a year on my GT4, simply because it doesn't have the utility I need from a DD, and not because I wouldn't like to. I sell Ferrari's for a living and after the honeymoon buzz over a model the market seems to settle at a price point that is less affected by MSRP, and more by mileage. I think GT4's are hitting that point, and it seems like the market is finding it's comfort level at around $100k, the exceptions being huge MSRP's and virtually no miles, or high miles regardless of MSRP. Paint-to-Sample colors seem to be a bit of a wildcard with Porsches and throw inexplicable figures into the mix.
I agree that BAT seems to be best suited for more unique and classic vehicles. I'm trying to sell a really nice '88 Alfa Spider right now, and threw it on Ebay a couple of days ago. It's getting good action so far, but I expect it to stall at around half of what I'd let it go for. BAT is my next stop with the Alfa if I can't find a buyer from Ebay or CL.

was yours the one with 75k miles back in Oct 15 that did not sell for $34,250?

As a previous 1m owner, I know these cars have had no depreciation for a long time but with the M2 out now, no longer the one to have? Also, I would think collectors would want lower miles?? Regarding my GT4, BAT worked with me on reserve and are fans of the GT4. They thought it would be a great fit for the BAT audience. Lastly, compared to listings on Rennlist and Autotrader, there are none currently listed for sale under $100k which makes my GT4 a great value and entry point into a Porsche GT car.

Drove my GT4 in the rain the other day...seriously, car is a blast...feels a lot smaller than a 911, nimble, great shifter...brakes are on point. You can't find a car this good for this price elsewhere...period.
Although I'd argue a modded 997TT would be better and cheaper...but that's a story for another forum lol

"Better" is a subjective term. Having owned modded 996TT and 997TT, they had their charms. But coming back to the NA side of Porsche was a very intentional move for me. Did I miss the 200+ torks I gave up going from TT to 991GTS? Occasionally. And if I'd never had it before I'd want to experience it.
But (obviously) I wouldn't trade this GT4 right now for a 996TT, 997TT plus the cash delta between them. Obvious, since I would have just bought another one of those instead. I also wouldn't swap even up for a 991TT or TTS (assuming I couldn't sell the Turbo and reap the cash benefit).
But there are a lot of Turbo fans out there, so it's definitely the choice for a lot of people.

I did say I love the GT4...different rides...both stellar...and considering I paid a lot more for my 997tt when new all in all you cannot find a better new car for this price.

i have a 2016 991 RS, silver. about 4000 miles. pristine. never taken on track. as crazy as it might sound to some, i'm looking to trade for a GT4 which I'm going to turn into pretty much a track dedicated machine for a year. want to get back into racing, been out a bit and while i dig the RS, its a bit pristine and almost too much to get back to speed with racing. have a cup car on order and would like something a bit more cayman-like than cup like to get the groove back and have something for training, track days without chewing up the cup.
anyway, long story made short: if anyone with a GT4 is interest in maybe training for a pristine RS, PM and we can chat offline. sorry for the interruption.

Hi All. I got hit with some scary health news a few weeks ago and unfortunately didn't have time to update the master spreadsheet. I've updated it now. Enjoy!
