Default Hoosier Trial Fit

Here's some shots of Hoosier 235-35 19 R7 on an OZ 19 x 8.5 ET53 and Hoosier 295-30 19 R7 on an OZ 19 x 10 ET40. I did not see any clearance issues.

Hi Bill,
What is the consensus about OZ not being forged for track use? Also , what is the model of the OZ wheel you are using here? I would love to use this solution if it works.
Also , is this a stock alignment?
Thank you!
Dan

What is the difference in revs per mile between the slicks and the OE tires?

looking for the same set up....did you have Tire rack mount the hoosiers and tpms?

I know when you look for a "wheel and tire" package from them (in -1 size for 19") they don't give the R7 as a choice, but rather the RE-71 and a few others

anxious to hear your review of tire/wheel package vs OEM

I originally had Tire Rack quote these wheels with these Hoosiers. I decided to run street tires to get a better handle on the GT4 handling and had Tire Rack change the quote and switch to RE-71R. I also bought their TPMS senders installed. I have run 3 events with the Bridgestones and decided to try the Hoosiers (I'm an Instructor and have run R comps for 7 years). Bought the Hoosiers and had them mounted locally. If I did it again I would not bother with the TPMS. "Circuit Mode" is next to useless.

I agree circuit mode is pretty useless, but I like to see pressures on screen while I drive to get a feel for grip/greasiness as pressures rise.

I run R7's on my GT3 and consistently find feel and lap times, for me, are best at 35F 36R (-/+1 or 2 right-to-left depending on CW or CCW track direction)...so seeing these numbers on screen confirm what target "hot" pressures to shoot for.

What aspect ratio? 265/30-19 and 295/30-19?
