For those who might be interested in having your Cargraphic Sport headers coated with Swaintech White Lightning, and are wondering what it costs to have all parts coated (headers and the removable cat sections), Swain just completed mine and charged me $420 including shipping from NY to TX. Cost is more than if the parts were a single welded assembly for each cylinder bank. The additional handling and masking of the separate sections increases the cost. And FYI, Swaintech prefers you send the headers disassembled.

Dang, I guess I may have missed a group buy by about 6 weeks, I bought a set that was in stock at BGB, didn't have to pay for any shipping though.

Six weeks and one day, total round trip time from when I shipped them to when I'll have them back. When talking over the work to be done before they actually had my headers in their hands they said typical processing time was 3 weeks for 6 cyl. headers split into 2 banks, then when they saw the headers were made of 4 parts they said it might take a little longer. Actual working time in their shop was 4 weeks and 3 days.
