In Pete's great shot of the Spyder Classic interior above, it looks to me as though the left cup holder is extended, yet the silver facing that hides the retractable cup holders is in the up position. I didn't know this was possible. I always thought the silver facing had to be down for the cup holders to extend. Learned something new!

Did anyone else get red mats with the black leather trim?

This explains why those little square segments are there.. How did I never think of this! Genius integration by Porsche.

I can't believe you guys didn't know that! Having said that, my GF can't work it out and I've told her a dozen times!

Home but won't be able to get to the dealer today. Wife's ill and I'd really like her to be there when picking it up.
Hopefully tomorrow!

Here's another pic of the interior... and I just want to add that the LwBS are very cool. I took a chance on them and they are great. Getting out requires some strength, sort of like doing deep squats at the gym.

Me too, and IMO it should have come standard in all the cars. I think it is sort of weird how it was done only half way up the console in the standard iteration, but really it's all about the 3.8 for me

The silver wheels really pop with GR. Nicely done!
