That's easy! There are other systems on the market for cars without PSE that you can choose. We could order another button that calls your lawyer as you're getting pulled over or turn it into a smokescreen icon from Spy Hunter?!

You can disconnect the vacuum line from the valves and plug it to prevent unfiltered air being sucked into the engine, and your valves will be permanently open. Several on this forum have done this mod with no ill effects, not that I've seen reported on here anyway.

Wow - tune accomplishes quite a bit.
I am still waiting for the Plenum and then will add tune to my headers and exhaust. The Tuner in Germany recommends I wait until I have all the hardware on before tuning. So far with just headers and exhaust there is a noticeable difference. Certainly liking the valveless exhaust though - no need for valves on this car

I'm aware of the vacuum line solution for keeping the exhaust always open in open mode, but is it possible to do something so the valves are always closed in closed mode?

Or just rig up a switch to apply 12 V to the OEM exhaust vacuum control solenoid that sits on the top of the engine.
