Here is my speculation on your new standard features: Has to be closer to $110k-$115k.
$90k with bucket seats and an additional $20k-$25k for all the work that needs to be done on a vehicle that will have even lower production numbers than the GT4.
But what do I know.....
What is the price difference on the CL wheels?

3.8 Carrera S engine......dry sump.......415HP......325TQ
More aero ......same ride height....front axel lift option.....
5 lug wheels ...305 tires in rear.........rear wheel steering like GT3.........wider rear fenders.........buckets not standard........
6 speed manual only...... long gearing...........less curb weight.....Upgraded LSD
100K base price.....
They have to be careful not to approach GT3 pricing...... because many will just get a GT3....... or just pass on it all together.

From Car & Driver last month:
http://blog.caranddriver.com/porsche...your-hopes-up/
Here's the meat of the article:
We’re sorry to dampen this particular parade, but its fair to say that, when we spoke to GT Division boss Andreas Preuninger on this exact subject at the press launch of the GT4, we left the conversation with a very different impression on the viability of an even more extreme Cayman.
“We cannot do everything the market demands,” Preuinger told us, when explicitly asked about a GT4 RS. “It would be thinkable, but nothing more than that. It’s not been discussed, definitely not—not even the idea has come up.”
The big issue is that the GT Division is already overrun with potential projects but has such limited engineering and production capacity that relatively few of those vehicles ultimately will be produced. And basic economic theory tells us that any Cayman variant will command a smaller price tag and therefore contribute to Porsche’s bottom line far less than would another 911 GT-something.
Of course, Preuninger didn’t completely close the door on an RS Cayman—which will be enough to keep the fanboy dream alive. But it’s clear that it’s not on his radar, let alone a done deal.

When I was inquiring about GT4 waitlists, one dealer I chatted with mentioned one of his best customers with "factory connections" already has a $1k deposit in for a potention GT4RS. He offered me #2 but I politely declined saying I'll wait until some spyshots first.

As for whether a slot on the list actually "protects" the person holding the slot....who knows? If they 918 guys get first crack at it (which they will) all bets are off in terms of the lists.
My assumption is that an RS version would be even more limited than the GT4 which means even fewer after the 918 owners take their allocation which means very few dealers would even get one slot.
It'll be interesting to see if it comes to pass. I hope it does.

This would be great (though I'd rather skip the CLs). Hope it comes true, I'm #1 at my dealer.

To me that seems like a pretty mild upgrade for a 24% price increase (and I'd pay extra to keep 5-lugs). Unless by "lighter" you mean more than 100kg (220 pounds) weight savings...
