I am no fan of this dealership, but here's an interesting car at a not-unreasonable price, especially coming from a dealer: https://www.porschetysonscorner.com/...-17807453.html
PTS Meritime Blue Metallic, with 10,800 miles, original MSRP $120k with an ask of $105k. Strangely, it does not appear to be CPO. PCCBs and 18-way seats, so no LWBS. Also, hideous illuminated door-sill inscription "GT4 Brian." Really?

Dealers around me seem to be CPO happy and want to CPO everything they can. So if not CPO'd, there's probably something behind...might be DME or tires or something else? Then again, could also be dealership decision, but I would certainly ask more questions if I were buying.

Total jump to conclusions here...but PTS Maritime Blue (awesome color) is an enthusiast choice, you'd think the owner would be on RL. If it was not mentioned or tried to be sold here, maybe they were trying to just offload it on the dealer (i.e. there's a story with the car).

The owner is on here, here’s his delivery thread.

and his for sale thread

looks like it was sold in April as a CPO, now the 2nd owner traded it back to Tyson’s and there must be a story for them not to CPO it again

Price is always part of the conversation. If it wasn't GT4's that are currently up for sale wouldn't be sitting on average near 80 days before they change hands. Some of the 165 that are currently on the market have already seen another trip around the sun while still sitting at the same initial sale price. I think there are a lot of folks in denial about the value at which they will actually change hands and not just be another perpetual listing.

Then call the dealership instead of speculating.
And your point is? Oh ya, you are you’re in the market, but not really...
