Default New to Me Audi Q7 4.2

Just bought a used 2007 Q7 - well-appointed with options. Very happy about the 4.2 V8. Also, it's equipped with the tow package (5500 lb capacity). It's the first step toward towing my beloved 996 to the track.

The photo attached isn't the actual car, but is its identical twin (from the internet). I'll post a photo or two when I have the opportunity tomorrow.

nice!
Mind sharing what you paid? We are just starting to look for a replacement SUV....and towing would be nice.

We're considering a new Q5 but this might be an option !

Joe, I drove a Q5 and was not that impressed, I'd go used Q7 over new Q5 in a heartbeat.

The Audi diesels should be available now...probably just in the Q7 and the (VW) Touareg.
Torque and Towing...

I am going to check out both....if I can make the right deal on a Q7 then that's the way I'll go....it will get me both a luxury family hauler and a tow vehicle wrapped into one really nice looking package.

I love the Diesels! My office is next to an Audi Tech Corporate center and they always have all the new TDI's parked out back. There are a good 10 TDI Q5's sitting there so they must be close to release.

Thanks! The V8 makes an awesome sound, and the adjustable air suspension is a trip! I took my family of 5 and my 2 in-laws to lunch today - everyone was very comfortable.
