I'm keeping mine in my euro delivery experience box with other momentos.

Can anyone who has re-collected their cars recently chime in on how long the duration was from entering destination port to your dealer? My car has been at port for a week and there has been no information on the status -- the ED team and my dealer has nothing on it. TYD is terminated after ED pickup. Is this radio silence typical at this stage of the process? I presume it isn't waiting on parts since I took possession in Germany over a month ago.

Such a bummer since the port is just a few miles away, with my dealer a few more miles further. So close, so close!

Back in 2017, when mine arrived in Halifax, it took 3 weeks to get to Vancouver on a truck.

Has anyone worked on, or heard back, on dates or a timeframe for Spring 2023 order with euro delivery?

Following up on the ticket... How did you pay it? For how fancy their camera set-up is, paying has proved to be a challenge, even with the assistance of my German wife lol...

I received a call from my rep, there are no dates in 2022. The only dates I got was 2 days in January and then next will be in February. My Sales rep said it is not possible at all in 2022. I was hoping to get it in December and planned my family trip during the holidays. I have some commitments in January and my plans kind of messed up. Is it possible to change it to US delivery now? Did anyone do this before?

No problem switching to US delivery.

My sales rep is not cooperating, he was saying we cannot change it. When I contacted the corporate, they were saying only your dealer can do it. Not sure, why they are bouncing me back and forth.

The dealer has to request it as noted above. I had one of mine changed to the US fairly late. They can't not sell the car, and they can't sell in Europe it's absurd to suggest otherwise.

Dates for ED are tricky. Never book plans until you have a date locked. There are limited slots and not easily moved.

I agree with this. Dealer had to “approve” our euro delivery (was no issue but we’re told they hadn’t approved others). And we were presented with two dates for ED, both two months apart. Once we signed paperwork approving one date. It’s set. Then we made our euro adventures around that date.

Sorry for the delayed reply. At the bottom of the ticket you will see the IBAN and BIC. These codes are used for money transfers. You can either go to your bank or use a service like Transferwise. I use them for my international money transfers. Good luck!

Have a car in production this week for ED, sounds like it's booked through March, SA is waiting for April/May dates to be released.
