I was quoted 6-8 weeks, it’s been 6.5 weeks and the car is not even on a boat yet. How long did it take for your car to show up?

Wondering if they are prioritizing cars that have not been paid for yet, I’ve not only paid in full plus the VAT…

Where did you drop off your car in Europe. I dropped mine off nearly 2 weeks ago in Sindelfingen (Stuttgart) and I was advised 10-12 weeks

I dropped mine off in Sindelfingen last week and Sal said the shipping sched. has mostly returned to normal (after the union strike from weeks ago etc). He quoted me 4-6 weeks +/- a week or two.

My wife and I did ED and dropped the car off back at the factory in Leipzig on June 10 (had it for 6 weeks in Europe). The car arrived by ship in Halifax (I'm in Toronto) on August 7. Then It got stuck there for a few weeks before finally being forwarded to Toronto where it arrived today. I'm supposed to get it next week. So about 13 weeks with a bunch of the delay being in Canada.

Wow ok - I dropped it off at Munich airport. Supposedly the docs say 10-12 weeks, dealer gave me bad info. Thanks for the times here, seems 10-12 weeks is realistic.

When I did European delivery in 2017, I dropped my 911 off in Frankfurt and it took exactly 8 weeks to get to the West coast (Vancouver).

The journey was Frankfurt to Emdem, Emdem to Halifax on the ship, then Halifax to Vancouver on a truck.

Things might be different now with logistics, so it might be hard to compare.

I dropped my car off in Sindelfingen on 6 July and it arrived at my dealership in Florida on 18 August.

Hi guys.

I dropped my car at the Stuttgart drop location on 8/28. This morning I received an email advising the car was onboard the Supreme Ace with an ETA at Baltimore port of 10/01. The email says to expect 2-3 weeks for It to show up at my dealer which would have it arriving between 10/15 and 10/22. Overall we’d be looking at 6-7 weeks in total. Good luck to those of you waiting to see your vehicle.

Wow, you guys above are lucky. I dropped my car off at Leipzig 4 weeks ago and still not on a boat

Dropped off 2 weeks ago. Still no word yet. Being patient.

EDIT: I just got word my GTS is booked on the Siem Confucius and is sched. to arrive in Baltimore 10/9. Tack on another week for prep and PPF -- the end is near!

Still no word when my Spyder will make it on a boat. Dropped it off over 5 weeks ago in Leipzig. Based upon above posts, and the quick turn around time you all had onto a boat, it appears if you drop off at Leipzig your car enters a dark hole and never leaves!

I dropped off to Sal in Sindlefingen on July 2, it came across on Supreme Ace, arrived Halifax August 9th and then I picked it up in Ottawa about 2 weeks later. My dealer didn't even wash the bloody thing. We complained about the state of it, and they said "well, they are YOUR bugs..." Unreal.

5 weeks after drop off my car finally made it on a boat. In future I would happily do Delivery at Leipzig again as it was a great experience. However I would never drop off there again as it takes too long to get the car to port. Suspect they are more interested in loading up new cars vs an already sold unit on ED. Dropping off at Sindelfingen seems more efficient, they are certainly more motivated to move the car. I have used that location in past, not bad location
