I am thinking of rebuilding my PSS9s over the winter and the Bilstein website lists three places closest (Warminster & Horsham) who would do the service on them. On those websites one is a distributer and the other two have no mention of even selling Bilstein as a product. Does anyone have experience with getting Bilsteins rebuilt in the area?

In the meantime, does anyone know of a good shop that would install one of the popular aftermarket backup cameras? Don't want to modify the car much, but I am finding that to be somewhat of a necessity (esp with cabrio visibility).

It looks great in pictures. How diffferent is it from Sapphire? If you are ever looking for a meet up, most saturdays from 8-11 there is a cars and coffee at Just Joes in Chester Springs on rt113. It gets a pretty interesting turn out.
I'd start by calling Performance Auto in Malvern. They're a great indy mechanic shop, so you may want to get to know them anyway. I am not 100% on whether they install accessories, but it's worth a call: http://www.pfmauto.com/

I have been dealing with and have gotten to know Steve and the team from Bimmerworks in West Chester for over 12 years. They can work on any car (Audi, Porsche and he even has the tool for Lamborghini - Gallardo and Murci).
His team is definitely accustomed to working with high end cars. I ended up racing with Steve in a bunch of endurance races as well.
They will NOT be the cheapest shop, but it will be 100% correct and done right. Steve's senior tech, Chris is beyond meticulous when it comes to doing work.
That being said, he's had quite a few clients call him in a panic where the dealership is looking at $4,000-$5,000 of work on a particular car and Steve's team will look at it and find far less work required. He is fully transparent and will never ask to do work that isn't required. He's fully trustworthy.
For me and the vast majority of his clients, peace of mind that you can trust him and his team is worth it.
I just had my 911 there for a full exhaust and my Numeric shifter/cables install. They'll be doing my coil-overs in the next few weeks as well.
