Any recommendations for a shop in the Philadelphia metro and surrounding area that can help with higher-end work relating to:

1.) Painting various components (e.g. lower front lip, some interior pieces)?

2.) Wheel refinishing (powder coat or more advanced work, e.g. brushed clear)?

Fun drive even with the rain for part of it. Good to put some faces to names as well

Nice meeting you guys! As I mentioned to a few of you, I'm listing my '87 911 for sale. If anyone is interested, here is the link.

As stated, nice drive today despite the rain that came. It still was better than sitting at home. Nice putting a couple faces to the ‘name’. Until next time!

Good group, nice roads, and a little rain, but not a bad way to spend the morning. It was nice meeting everyone!

Awesome meeting you guys today! Bummer about the weather, it cleared up a bit later in the drive. That said, Ron in the GT3T and I did a little exploring out past Coatesville and found the end of the loop back to West Chester and then KOP. Got back to KOP about noon. It’s going to be a great drive next time weather permitting. The way back also takes us right past Four Dogs Tavern, a fantastic lunch stop opportunity.

Lets plan another one or few before the season’s end!

Best regards,
John Gaydos

Great to meet the people I had not and see a couple folks I had met before. Great time. Rain added a nice element. Before we left, a few people were like “are those all season tires?” I guess I jinxed us .... As John said, he, Dan and I were the last ones and the end of the route he lead should be great for next time. By the time I got home (I looped down creek to Delaware and then back up to the main line) I had been driving for 4 hours.

Would’ve loved to have joined you folks but had my 1 year old Son. Can’t put a seat in my Cayman. Next time for sure.

I'm sure he'd have fit in the frunk with some bubble wrap...

What’s the deal with the Radnor Hunt C&C? I get a 404 page: https://radnorconcours.org/?page_id=50

I found a page with the cars and coffee info:

https://radnorhuntconcours.ticketlea...2019_at_0600PM

Seems like they want you to "buy" tickets for $0, presumably so they can guesstimate attendance.

"CARS AND COFFEE - SPONSORED BY RDS $0.00
Our wonderful sponsors at RDS Automotive Group are hosting their Saturday Cars & Coffee in the General Admission parking area of Radnor Hunt starting at 8:30 Am!"

I “bought” the cars and coffee ticket, but I don’t think you have to as it did not give any barcode like it did for admission to motorsports park on Sunday and on the receipt it says you don’t have to present a ticket.

Also, somewhat annoyingly, it asks you to create a “selfie ticket” by taking a picture of yourself. I am not doing that so hopefully my barcode gets me into motorsports park sufficiently.

Taking the 993 cab to C&C tomorrow and then the GT3T on Sunday for motorsports park.

debating on going to BBQ tonight as my schedule just freed up .... should have bought the full weekend package, but there was not one for singles (as I found out road rallying solo is hard ....).
