Holy crap I am glad that is over. Nice win Justin. Just goes to show how patience and cleanliness goes a long way over the course of an entire race.
Despite not making it more than 3 laps without spinning in practice I somehow finished this one with 0 incs. I probably lost 5lbs in sweat though due to the death grip I had on the wheel!

I finally got my three screens set to go with 5 minutes left in qualifying and lost all audio. I had to reboot after the race started, and then the cockpit view was completely different than I'm used to. I don't think I got one full lap in, and really hope I didn't screw anyone. I did a lot of bailing off track to get out of your way!
I will be ready Sunday for practice.

It was another good race night, thanks guys. There were a few close calls for me, but thankfully I was able to see them unfolding, slow down and not get involved.
I had to get creative with Luke because he kept getting such a good run out of 2 onto the back straight. I could never get along side into China beach. Ted had a couple bobbles that I couldn't safely capitalize on and I think in the end he felt a little guilty and let me by without too much trouble.
As promised, here are the images of what I see and how my screens are setup. This is the moment after Jack tagged the wall and was getting spit back onto the track. We missed by inches.

Good race, didn't we all make it around the first lap without any contact? Think the whole field has greatly improved overall. I was doing well up to 3 laps to go and I just lost it coming out of T1, did it to myself.
I have to miss the next practice and race as I have to be in the UK next week, which sticks, I will probably go through iRacing withdrawals as one of use junkies :-)

Justin, I'm really sorry and glad I didn't tag you, that was close. I saw you fly by about an inch off my bumper and was worried I ripped one of your tires.
I will be putting in a few hours in getting used to the new orientation and surround to avoid this in the future.

Want to join IRacing League
Hey Jim Ptak...Justin, looking to start racing on my simulator with IRacing software. I have had my simulator for a couple of years and use it often, but never raced on IRacing. Want to give it a try.

We also had 18 out of 20 run the entire thing, which IMO is a huge success! Hopefully everybody is having a good time. Keep at it, focus on finishing incident-free first, and the speed will come.
