Windows auto updated. With 10 I can't get Traqmate to be recognized. And no new drivers. Any fixes?

yes...do what I did and get an AIM Solo DL from one of the vendors here and move on as there appears to be no further development...

I will test myself. I used Traqmate yesterday at VIR for the HSR test day and don't remember an issue. Of course, I was using the SD card to drag and drop session files onto the desktop into a folder, not connecting to a Traqmate Classic or Basic through USB or Serial to USB converter. What are you trying to connect to? A Classic dash?

Yes. Classic and trying to get the computer to see the Traqmate to download the session data.

I sometimes had issues with this running parallels on a Mac. Had to make sure Windows was up and running and traqmate program fully loaded before plugging in the dash or it wouldn't be found. Only solution was to reboot and start over. Not sure that would help here, but worth a shot.

Maybe it's antivirus software related? try turning yours off when using the traqmate???

try to boot in to "safe mode" or just call them. It used to always be an issue of the driver...I think it was "Prolific" or something like that. Maybe download the latest and try that.

The prolific chipset is for the USB-Serial cable for the Basic. Not needed for USB drivers, which are automatically installed with a COMPLETE installation of the software (need to let it keep going after the software install and select that you DO want to install drivers, not specific to operating system).
