Lancia Delta Integrale HF 16
Found a new project in the way of a 1989 Lancia Delta Integrale HF 16 valve. The car is in great condition other than the engine, which lost a a piston and blew a hole in the side of the cylinder, so I am working with Ben at Walkers Garage out of the UK to build me a motor with a few more hp's over the stock 200hp.
The car came with the livery wrap of when Carlos Sainz drove for Lancia in the late 80's. I have started the process of removing the the wrap, for a cleaner look.

Decided to pull the gas tank to empty old gas and found a bad fuel pump and incorrect fuel hose inside the tank, which turned into a gooey mess. Replacing all fuel lines, vents etc.
Also been cleaning underside and added a fresh coat of under body coating.

1st parcel of parts from Walkers Garage.
new fuel pump, motor, trans & diff mounts, new sway bar bushings, control arm and steer rack bushings. Lastly, new tie rod ends and boots.
more parts are on order to make sure this Delta is all freshen up for the new motor.

Thanks C2 Turbo, I too, love the Peugeot 205, but seriously hard to find and out of my budget. I threw out some bids on a few Audi Quattros UR and wish I would have bid more. I had a Renault R5 that I regret selling and a 911 Rothmans Tribute Rally car I built, but I cant keep them all and have room for new projects. I'm happy that I came across this Lancia, should be a fun project and car to drive.

Replaced rear sway bar bushings and reinstalled. Also replaced front sway bar bushings, which was a bit more work. Had to torch inner bushings to get bracket off. So far all the bushing I have replaced were original and needed to be replaced.
